Courier Service Information
Our Courier service provider is Allied Express Couriers.
When using the courier service please note that we are unable to provide you with the exact date and or time that your parcel will be delivered.
Once your parcel has been despatched we will happily provide you with the consignment note number so that you may be able to contact Allied Express Couriers and check on the delivery status. Allied Express do have an online tracking facility which can be found here.
Alternatively you can contact Allied Express by phone on, 13 13 73, which is a national number.
You will need your consignment note number to track your parcel, if you do not know your number you can contact us on 02 9529 3311 Mon - Sat, 9am - 5pm (Sydney time).
You will need to provide a contact phone number or an e-mail address during the purchase process if you would like us to send you the consignment note number.
