Where possible in stock orders will be shipped from our store in Maroubra, NSW within 5 business days of you placing your order. If your order is going to take longer than this we will attempt to contact you via email or phone advise you of an expected delivery time.

Our bed, furniture and mattress deliveries in Sydney metro are completed mostly in our own truck. When your order is ready to ship we will get in touch to give you delivery time slots to choose from. All other products will be delivered via Couriers Please or Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number when it has shipped. Once shipped, delivery times with this method are currently 1-2 days.

Unless you have ordered a bed, mattress, or piece of furniture your order will be shipped with one of our delivery partners. Deliveries to metro areas are usually conducted with Couriers Please and all other areas are usually delivered with Australia Post. Transit times to most areas of Australia are 3-5 business days once your order is sent (excluding remote areas in W.A. & N.T.).

If you have ordered a bed, mattress, or pieces of furniture then your order will be despatched as per the delivery time quoted on the product page. If for some reason there is a change to this we will promptly be in touch to notify you. Once your order is ready we will ship your order with Allied Express or with a dedicated furniture carrier to ensure appropriate handling of your order.
